Usage, Fees, and Policies

Unlimited Long Distance is intended primarily for the social and domestic use of our residential customers. It is not intended to be used for business activity such as commercial facsimile, resale, three way calling, telemarketing, prolonged dial-up connections, or autodialing. Long Distance calling is a shared resource of the Cooperative, made possible by members’ responsible use. Usage that greatly exceeds the typical use of our customer base will be considered excessive. With that in mind, the Cooperative reserves the right to suspend, restrict or cancel the Customer’s use, subject to applicable notice requirements.
Television
$100 or FREE with 6 month contract.

Internet
$70 or FREE if done at the time of Television installation.

Unlimited Local & Long Distance Phone
$40. If service is disconnected before 6 months of service, customer will be responsible for all installation charges waived at the time of installation.

Unlimited Local Phone includes Local calling and your choice of any or all Calling Features, such as Voice Mail, Caller ID, and Call Waiting.
Unlimited Local & Long Distance includes Local and Long Distance calling (48 contiguous states & ECC) within the Reasonable Use Policy, (see sidebar at left) and your choice of any or all Calling Features such as Voice Mail, Caller ID, and Call Waiting.
These fees are mandated by federal and state laws:
